Can you hear it? That's the collective round to cheers from kids (and most employees) all around the city - its a snow day and classes/work is canceled. As people in the mid-west and northeast are buried under feet of snow, we are celebrating our inch. Singular. Its a tad comical that a city like Austin is temporarily shut down considering that this is probably the nicest day of weather that we have had this week. We haven't been above freezing since early Tuesday and below 20 degrees for much of that time.
