Are You Moving Up or Downsizing?
You know in the game Monopoly how one of the main objectives in gaining wealth is to trade in four houses for a hotel? Well, the same thing happens in real life too, albeit on a much, much smaller scale.
Desires, needs and circumstances are constantly changing. Is this true for you? Is it time to buy a bigger house? Are you downsizing? Have your current needs altered your desire for the size of your current home? Let me show you how you can potentially save thousands of dollars when you purchase your next home . . . .
By working with Ryan France and taking advantage of StoneHaven Realty’s Home Buyer Incentive programs, you will save money on a double transaction with a rebate of commission fees commonly payable during one of those transactions. This allows you more financial flexibility when you go to purchase your your new home.
How Do I Qualify for the Move Up Program?
Are any of the following scenarios applicable to your situation? Click below to find out how to take advantage of each program.
#2 – You have a home in the Austin area that you intend to lease after you purchase a new home.
How Does this Benefit You?
Traditionally, a home seller is responsible for paying a sales commission to both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent involved in a real estate transaction. All commissions are negotiable and they are effectively built into the sales price of the home. In a hypothetical scenario, when you allow me to act as your representative in the purchase of a new home, my portion of the commission would already factored into the contract and paid at closing by the seller – not you.
Because I will be fully compensated on the purchase of your new home, I will work to rebate a portion of the sales commission (from your home sale) to you in appreciation for putting your trust in me to advise you throughout the process of both transactions. In this way, less of your money goes to Realtor commissions and more money goes into your new home or back into your wallet.
This situation applies regardless of whether you are purchasing a resale home or a new construction home. Please be sure to read about the New Construction Move Up Home Buyer Program.
Conditions Apply: A signed listing agreement and buyer’s representation agreement between Ryan France and seller/buyer must be in place. If you are selling a home with the intent to purchase in the future but the future is “undetermined” we will have to arrange for a scenario that works for both parties. Not applicable if buying or selling through a relocation company.
